Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Final sale items (such as custom or personalized pieces) are not eligible for returns.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at nyahwithlove@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at nyahwithlove@gmail.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at nyahwithlove@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions for a return or replacement.
