DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING RATES
- The STANDARD shipping method is by USPS for domestic.
Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2-5 days after shipped.
- The EXPRESS shipping method is by UPS for domestic.
The Express shipping fare packages should arrive in two business day after shipped.
Shipment processing time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to the sender NYAH WITH LOVE due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping cost. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the payment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Pick your preferred method at checkout: USPS 7 to 21 business days / UPS or DHL Express 4 to 7 business days. The packages should arrive within 3-6 days after shipped. International Shipping fare varies depending on country and weight. Shipping times DO NOT included Processing time which can take from 2-4 days. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
NYAH WITH LOVE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
NYAH WITH LOVE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
